Our Studio

WAXPIGEON Art Studio is a creative hub based in Boston, Lincolnshire, specialising in expressive portraiture, illustration, and contemporary visual storytelling. The studio is led by artist WAXPIGEON, known for dynamic, character-driven portraits and an ongoing commitment to daily drawing through the long-running Daily Doodles project.

Set against the backdrop of a beautiful 3-acre private woodland, WAXPIGEON Art Studio offers a unique environment for artistic exploration, reflection, and making. This natural setting provides inspiration for many of the studio’s themes—ranging from abstraction and street art to portraiture and social commentary.

The studio offers a range of services including:

• Commissioned portraits (in lino-cut, acrylic, pencil, and mixed media)
• Bespoke illustrations
• Limited-edition prints and zines
• Creative collaborations and community art projects

In addition, WAXPIGEON runs regular art workshops for all abilities, covering:

• Printmaking (linocut, monoprint, collagraph, and mixed methods)
• Zine making and visual storytelling
• Experimental mark-making in nature

Workshops are held both in the fully equipped studio space and outdoors in the surrounding woodland, blending creativity with a mindful, nature-connected approach.
